SpringHill Suites Kansas City Airport

We had planned to stay from Friday to Sunday for a ball tournament for our grandson. During his last game on Saturday I received a call that my cousin had just died and we needed to come home. I called the hotel and explained the situation and they helped us out and we didn't have to pay for the overnight. I was fully prepared to pay 1/2 but was greatly surprised and grateful that we didn't get charged for leaving early. Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need.

Breakfast attendant was wonderful and so pleasant. The waffles were the best. Rooms were nice and clean. The pull out sofa bed was very roomy.

The kind & welcoming greeting was great! Beautiful & spacious rooms & seeing a welcome on the tv screen was extra special.

Location, safety, cleanliness, checkout time. However my favorite thing about our stay was the mattress. I have slipping rib syndrome and costochondritis. I typically wake up 5-6x per hour each night. This was the first time I slept through the night in 16 years. It was a wonderful gift. The staff was also great!

Extremely clean airport..very impressed compared to other airports I have been in the past.
